About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

As a member of our care team, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to deliver person-centered care, promoting the independence and dignity of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
