Job Title: Team Coordinator working from home

At Home Instead Senior Care, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Coordinator to join our team. As a Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process, working closely with our Care Professionals and clients to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality Care Professionals
  • Source and select candidates using a variety of methods, including social media and digital communication tools
  • Utilize recruitment data to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Care Professionals and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, retention, or people management, preferably in the care industry
  • Strong understanding of legislation related to recruitment, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks and Right to Work checks
  • Experience with social media and digital communication tools, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Care Professionals and clients
  • Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours, including every fourth Saturday with the following Friday off
