Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their wellbeing and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care and support work is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (or willingness to use public transport)
  • Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
