We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to join our dedicated team and share our mission:

Key Responsibilities- Achieve a high standard of care for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Lead the care team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our residents, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on resident progress, keeping other members of the senior care team informed of changes.
- Manage wounds and administer medications as per policy and statutory requirements.
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance, and offer emotional support and comfort.
- Carry out staff supervision and appraisals, implement routine changes, and assess prospective clients/residents.
- Complete duty rota tasks and participate in internal quality audits, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Support the development of all staff members and assist the Manager in working within agreed objectives.
- A competitive hourly rate of £23.50
