Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior Support Workers with Adult Care Worker Level 2 or equivalent experience to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support services to individuals in their homes and local communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to individuals in their homes and local communities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals to help them build confidence and independence
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
