About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Care Professional Recruiter. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and engaging high-quality Care Professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and selecting high-quality Care Professionals through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our business.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Care Professionals, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilizing recruitment data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with Home Instead's policies and procedures, including equality, diversity, and equal opportunities.
- Previous experience in recruitment, retention, or a related field.
- Understanding of legislation related to recruitment, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing, and Right to Work checks.
- Experience with social media and digital communication tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
