Job Summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to join their team at their Guildford location. As a key member of the front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner

Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
