The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our hotel food and beverage team as a Food and Beverage Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring that all standards of presentation are met.
- Act as the face of the business, maintaining the hotel's brand reputation by delivering exceptional hospitality service.
- Engage with guests, take their food and beverage orders, and use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that puts a smile on our guests' faces.

The Holiday Inn Guildford Hotel is conveniently located less than two miles from the heart of Guildford, with a quick 10-minute drive to reach the city center. Guildford station is around a mile away, with a 30-minute train journey to London.
