Join Our Food and Beverage Team

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all visitors have a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with cash handling and operate a point of sale system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash
