About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust in Guildford. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer transactions, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. You will be part of a close-knit team, working together to provide an outstanding service to our visitors.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a positive attitude, and is able to work well under pressure. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the cafe
  • Handle customer transactions and process payments
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals
