Main Purpose of the Role

To develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that drives business growth and generates new enquiries from repeat and new clients.

Key Objectives
  • To increase brand awareness and new enquiries through targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • To work closely with the sales and product teams to deliver direct marketing to existing clients through the customer lifecycle plan.
Key Accountabilities
  • To oversee and champion the delivery of the customer lifecycle plan monthly.
  • To develop and deliver campaigns to re-engage with existing clients and improve customer retention.
  • To work with the wider team to ensure the database is engaged with on a regular basis by segmenting data, tracking trends, and delivering targeted campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • To champion content on the website and other channels by co-creating and delivering a content plan that includes improving existing pages and creating new pages, blogs, testimonials, or similar material written in an engaging sales-focused tone.
  • To champion the creation of brochures and sales collateral to attract new clients and engage with the existing client list.
  • To develop a strategy, gather, and publish customer reviews on the website and through platforms such as Google reviews, Feefo, or similar.
  • To oversee and deliver monthly reports on enquiry and booking data.
  • To organize and project manage any marketing events.
Requirements
  • Creating and delivering a target-driven marketing plan.
  • Keen eye for design.
  • Excellent creative writing skills.
  • Excellent grammar skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness.
  • Image selection, re-sizing, and uploading.
  • Project management skills.
