Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances brand awareness.

Key Objectives:

  • To increase brand visibility and generate new leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • To work closely with the sales and product teams to deliver direct marketing initiatives to existing clients.

Key Accountabilities:

Marketing Opportunities with Existing Clients:

  • To oversee and champion the delivery of the customer lifecycle plan on a monthly basis.
  • To develop and execute campaigns to re-engage with existing clients and drive customer retention.
  • To work with the wider team to ensure the client database is engaged with on a regular basis by segmenting data, tracking trends, and delivering targeted campaigns.

Websites Key Stakeholder:

  • To champion content on the company website and other channels by co-creating and delivering a content plan that includes improving existing pages, creating new pages, blogs, testimonials, or similar material written in an engaging sales-focused tone.

Sales Collateral:

  • To champion the creation of brochures and sales collateral to attract new clients and engage with the existing client list.

Customer Reviews:

  • To develop a strategy, gather, and publish customer reviews on the company website and through platforms such as Google reviews, Feefo, or similar.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • To oversee and deliver monthly reports on enquiry and booking data.

Events:

  • To organize and project manage any marketing events.

Minimum Skills and Experience Required:

  • Creating and delivering a target-driven marketing plan.
  • Keen eye for design.
  • Brand Ambassador.
  • Excellent creative writing skills.
