To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our colleagues. A background in social work or psychology is desirable, but not essential. Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £14,410 per annum (pro rata) based on 36 hours per week, which equates to approximately £28.15 per hour. This salary reflects the value we place on our staff's hard work and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
