Sales Development Manager

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team in London, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the quartz worktops market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the London region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in a sales role within the construction materials or related industry.
- Experience selling to kitchen manufacturers, house builders, or fabricators is essential.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are critical to success in this role.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic sales plans, driving growth and revenue.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region to meet with clients and partners.
