Sales and Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Development Specialist to join our team as a Full-time Senior Account Manager. If you have a strong background in sales and account management, this could be the ideal role for you.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and building long-term profitable relationships. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to securing deals.
- Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and develop them into long-term partnerships.
- Establish relationships with customers, travel when necessary, and provide exceptional after-sales support to maximize loyalty.
- Negotiate agreements, maintain accurate records, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Knowledge of market research, sales principles, and negotiation techniques.
Salary: Estimated salary is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
