Job Title: Asset Performance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asset Performance Manager to join our team at AWE plc. As an Asset Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of asset performance strategies to optimize maintenance and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) workshops to identify key asset failures and consequences
  • Develop and implement asset performance metrics to measure and track maintenance effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance activities
  • Develop and maintain asset maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical expertise to support maintenance activities and optimize asset performance
Requirements:
  • ONC/HNC in Engineering Discipline or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of asset management and maintenance principles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to identify problems and execute solutions
  • Working knowledge of Facilitation and Change Management techniques
