In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and complaints within agreed timeframes, and liaising between health professionals and service users.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in IT and Microsoft Office, and have experience in a customer service-focused role within a similar industry. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including life assurance, cycle to work scheme, Care First employee assistance program, and access to Perkbox discount platform.
