Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out routine servicing of heavy equipment as per manufacturer guidelines, taking oil samples, and conducting inspections to identify developing issues.
  • Performing machine inspections to assess condition, highlighting areas for improvement, and undertaking minor repairs as necessary.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards, equipment is safe for customer use, and associated paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Either direct experience (approx. 3 years) or a related engineering background, such as a car mechanic or HGV fitter.
  • Formal apprenticeship qualification or relevant training in health and safety.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and equipment safety.
