Mechanical Service Specialist

This role involves working as part of a dedicated facilities team, providing top-notch maintenance services to clients.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and effective communication abilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and infrastructure at various site locations.
Main Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks and address emergencies
- Conduct regular equipment checks and temp testing
- Install, test, and maintain fire alarm systems
- Carry out AHUs/FCUs maintenance and repair
- Mechanical qualification or relevant experience
- NVQ level 2 in Mechanical, HVAC, or Engineering
- At least 2 years' experience in building services maintenance
- Annual salary: £40,000 (based on national averages and location)
- Bonus scheme and performance-related bonuses
- Company vehicle with personal use allowance
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
