Regional Engagement Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Engagement Manager to join our team in the North of England. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, higher education institutions, and other key stakeholders to promote our membership and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Employer Engagement: Identify and develop links with employers to broaden our member base and deepen engagement with members.
- Member Engagement: Key accountability for member engagement and recruitment in the region.
- HEI and On-Campus Development: Develop and grow partnerships with HEI-based chemical engineering departments and beyond.
- Acting as a Champion for all IChemE activities regionally, nationally, and internationally.
Requirements
- Education to degree level with at least 3 years' experience working in a member engagement, business development, or related role.
- Sound knowledge of membership organisations and understanding of strategies for sustainable growth.
- Demonstrable experience of working with employers and education partners in a key account management role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient and adaptable, responding promptly and effectively to changes in priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent customer service with ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Dynamic, proactive, positive team player.
