Demand Planning Manager Global Consumer Organisation

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our Global Consumer Organisation team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and executing short-term, mid-term, and long-term forecasts for volume performance, creation performance, and margin performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, commercial transformation, and finance, to deliver a best-in-class forecasting process.
- Embed volume and creation forecasting within the sales team using a granular, customer-focused approach.
- Provide commercial leadership in the S&OP process, working closely with supply and transformation leads.
- Coordinate with the fulfilment performance manager to prioritize delivery based on customer type, profitability, and commercial strategy.
- Prioritize customers based on profitability, in coordination with the head of commercial.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer master data and prevent supply outages.
- Oversee the CAPEX allocation process for new customer creation, working with sales and engineering.
- Analyze and incorporate market insights and external factors into demand planning.
- Collaborate with the board on budgeting, planning, and results analysis.
- Provide input on inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- 3+ years of experience in a demand planning role within an established S&OP cycle.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience handling large data sets and a proven ability to develop demand forecasting systems.
- Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct line management, consistently meeting challenging targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication, influencing, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial awareness, effectively translating data insights into meaningful financial impact.
