Job Description

HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Change Management Professional to drive operational efficiency and quality through continuous improvement of processes, practices, and skills. The successful candidate will lead transformation projects to deliver value for the business in line with OKRs, and develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and project management skills, with evidence of leading and controlling cross-functional projects. They will also have 2+ years of project management or project implementation experience, and working with external suppliers.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a 70% discount on HelloFresh boxes, company pension scheme, gym membership, and private medical insurance.
