Line Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Management Professional to join our production team in Banbury. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a production line, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively, and delivering against operational KPIs.
You will be expected to own the performance of your assigned line, manage people, processes, and systems to ensure key targets are met, and liaise and communicate with the Shift Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in an operational environment, with a proven track record of problem-solving and leadership skills. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
