About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Urology team as a Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our clinical teams to support the delivery of excellent care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book new and follow-up appointments, ensuring efficient use of capacity and ensuring patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician.
  • Reschedule appointments as a result of patient cancellations, in line with local targets and processes.
  • Actively review patient DNAs, liaising with clinical staff and reschedule appointments in line with agreed processes.
  • Add additional clinic capacity on EPR as directed by management.
  • Liaise with teams to ensure patients requiring additional support services are not indirectly discriminated.
