Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Gap Construction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with sales enquiries via email, website, telephone, and face-to-face meetings
* Achieving agreed sales targets generated through sales activity
* Analysing market trends
* Learning the homes and qualities offered
* New homes sales negotiations
* Administrative work
* Handover of finished properties and any immediate after-sale issues that may apply
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills and phone manner
* Proven experience in sales or business development roles
* Excellent organisational, administrative, and IT skills
* The ability to build and grow business relationships
