Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, establish influential partnerships, and propel RT Consulting as a trusted service provider. In this dynamic role, you'll direct the growth of our Defence and Government portfolio, focusing on creating high-value consulting opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in Defence business development, with deep knowledge of UK Defence programs, capabilities and acquisition systems. They will also possess extensive contacts within MOD and the wider Defence ecosystem, be adept at gaining access to senior decision-makers and have proven project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop targeted campaigns and attend industry events to attract and engage Defence sector clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior officers, MOD civil servants and key stakeholders within Defence.
- Collaborate across RT Consulting to align new business initiatives with our 2025 strategy, ensuring we remain positioned at the forefront of Defence consulting.
- Partner with our Resourcing and Delivery teams to ensure the deployment of highly skilled personnel, providing outstanding service across all Defence engagements.
