We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO and leadership team in our London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, arranging travel, and preparing correspondence on behalf of senior executives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if extensive relevant experience can be demonstrated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily schedules, travel arrangements, event planning, and correspondence while maintaining a professional and confidential environment
  • Preparing expense reports, reconciling credit card statements, and managing office-related administrative tasks
  • Ensuring document management and filing systems are kept up to date and accessible
