Are you a skilled HGV technician looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for working with commercial vehicles? We are seeking an experienced HGV technician to join our team at our Volvo Truck and Bus Centre in Coventry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled HGV technician to join our team in Coventry. As an HGV technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicle repairs are carried out to the highest possible standard. You will work closely with our team to diagnose and repair faults, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair faults on HGVs
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Assist with roadside breakdowns and emergency repairs
  • Participate in training and development activities to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds, NVQ3 or equivalent qualification in HGV repair
  • Relevant experience in the commercial vehicle industry
  • Basic knowledge of computer software packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
