Volvo Trucks in Coventry is seeking a dedicated HGV Technician to join our team.

As a Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing vehicles at our modern facility. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide assistance in diagnosing vehicle faults.
  • Adhere to warranty procedures and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Team to ensure accurate replacements.
  • Respond to roadside breakdowns when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
  • Support the training and development of apprentices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a City & Guilds or NVQ3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, coupled with relevant experience within the commercial vehicle industry. A strong understanding of vehicle technology and basic computer skills are essential.
