About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our project admin team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project admin team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Support the wider business by completing projects, arranging accommodation, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Chair monthly admin meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Manage meeting rooms, databases, and document control processes to maintain efficiency and organization.
  • Deal with subcontractors, ensure compliance with regulations, and document control processes.
  • Run the head-office, issue reports, and ensure that all necessary principles and regulations are met.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work on projects and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with document control and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience, and the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the construction industry.
