About the Company- RAM Construction Solutions Ltd is a dynamic and growing company founded in 2020 by experienced Directors with a strong background in the flooring industry.
- The company is involved in large-scale commercial installations in the UK and is now focusing on the residential market, with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities for growth.
As a Senior PA to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, working closely with the Contracts Management team to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Manage and mentor a small office team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Oversee the planning, procurement, and project management for projects, ensuring all materials are accounted for prior to procurement and delivery.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Account for costs and invoice clients accordingly, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Drive projects forward along agreed timelines, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of planning, procurement, and project management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure all materials are accounted for prior to procurement and delivery, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Oversee the running of projects to ensure a smooth and efficient handover, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
- Account for costs and invoice clients accordingly, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- 5 years of experience in a Senior PA/Office Manager role in the Construction sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent man management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and corporate clients, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Well-organized and able to deal with a high volume and varied workload, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Ability to manage and work well as part of a small and close-knit team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 + package, reflecting your skills and experience.
