Job Title: Production Admin Coordinator

Tradebe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Admin Coordinator to join our team at our Heysham site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the efficient operation of production admin and gatehouse tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Train and supervise production administrators within the gatehouse, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Operate the weighbridge as required, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
  • Assist the Technical Manager as needed, providing administrative support and contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
  • Aptitude with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively supervise a small team and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £27,000.
  • Quarterly bonus and 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
