About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to join our team at Thales. As an Engineering Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering engineering projects and teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement engineering plans, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Manage and prioritize engineering resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure optimal project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in engineering management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project management, sales, and customer support.
