Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £16,000 per annum, higher than the minimum wage for apprentices. Additionally, we provide fully funded study options upon completing the apprenticeship, as well as regular college release.

Job Description

As an Apprentice Customer Service Engineer, you will assist in the service and repair of various pump types, preparing off-hired equipment for rehire, and adhering to Health and Safety Procedures. You will also load and unload equipment onto external transport trucks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need GCSE grades C/4 or above in English & Maths, time management and organisational skills, commitment to customer service excellence, and teamwork.
