This role involves providing technical expertise and support to production technicians in resolving complex machine-related faults. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding others, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve productivity and quality.

In this position, you will work closely with the project and process groups to implement improvements to existing equipment and identify cost-saving opportunities. Your ability to lead small process improvement projects and coordinate relevant skills will be essential in driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and patience when mentoring and assisting less experienced associates. The salary for this role is estimated at £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
