About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Job Summary

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of electro-mechanical fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and recommend improvements to processes.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with PPM and equipment modification.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

Working Hours

This role involves working a 3 on, 3 off 12 hour night shift, comprising of 23:00 to 11:00. You must be able to adapt to this non-traditional working arrangement.
