Job Overview: As a key member of our team at CV-Library, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Fee Earners. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the diary of our Fee Earners, ensuring their schedules are up-to-date and meetings are arranged efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the calendar of our Fee Earners, arranging meetings and appointments as required.
  • Handle routine client correspondence, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Create and manage client records on our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in drafting Contract Packs, Transfer Forms, and other legal documents, requiring strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Organize post, taking it to the post office as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and email management.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant or Secretary is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing time constraints and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive matters.
  • Showcase strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Motivated and proactive, delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues.


Location: Bedford

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.
