Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales, purchasing, and logistical functions as a Business Administration Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative skills and contribute to the success of our team.

  • Process orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to technical enquiries.
  • Support the sales team with order processing and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support across various functions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Numerate and accurate with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Dynamics and other office software.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
