Care and Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's newest development, The Old Market Village in Wimborne, Dorset. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks.
- You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
- You will have experience working in a care or support environment, with a strong understanding of the needs of older adults.
- You will be driven to deliver exceptional customer service and have a commitment to promoting the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
- You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
