Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's stunning estate, The Old Market Village in Wimborne. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in a range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks.
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and approachable individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and be driven to provide high-quality care and support. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification is desirable, but not essential. What's most important is your ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our residents.
