Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to join our team. As a Designate Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting local centres and leading in-centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting local centres within a reasonable travel time
  • Leading in-centre teams with a coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training
  • Delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
  • Strong financial acumen with experience of managing P&L and optimizing profit
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
  • IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
