If you want to join us in this incredible journey as a Centre Manager at Nino ELA Preston, you will be:

  • Managing daily operational tasks, including rostering, presentation, programming, marketing, events and communications
  • Managing the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff
  • Working closely with internal & external teams and community groups to develop children's and parent education for lifelong learning for children.
  • Maintaining documents and records in accordance with Centre Policies and licensing Regulations
  • Assisting the centre to keep the QIP active and updated

A compassionate and inspiring Centre Manager at Nino ELA will have:

  • Previous experience as a Centre Manager
  • Experience working with children & families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
  • Experience developing and managing staff rosters, working with centre budget
  • Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages; proficiency in the use of QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems.
