Key Responsibilities- Deliver flexible support services to individuals with learning disabilities, addressing care needs as outlined in their plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure high standards of social care.
- Provide life skills training, support personal budgeting, and assist with work, leisure, education, and employment opportunities.
- Effective communication and promoting equality, choice, and social inclusion are key aspects of the role.
- Participate in evaluating service provision and maintaining confidentiality.
- An SVQ Level 3 is ideal, though previous experience is beneficial.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Respect for Christian worship is essential.
- Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) are mandatory.
