Head of Business Development

We are seeking a Head of Business Development to lead growth in secure cloud collaboration solutions trusted by the government, healthcare, and defence sectors. This high-impact role will see you identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and enhancing market presence.

This is a remote position with occasional office presence required at least once a month. Ideally, candidates will be based within the M4 corridor area for ease of access to the office and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a business development strategy that drives revenue growth across key sectors.
  • Market Research: Identify emerging trends and potential partnerships to strengthen market positioning.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Proposal Leadership: Oversee compelling proposals that communicate our unique value to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of driving growth.
  • Expertise in the defence, government, or healthcare sectors.
  • Skilled in CRM software, strategic planning, and market analysis.
  • Experience selling SaaS or collaboration technology would be an advantage.

The salary for this role is up to £85K + £25K OTE. Due to the sensitive nature of our client base, all candidates must be willing and eligible to undergo a high-level security clearance process.
