Revenue Growth Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Growth Strategist to join our Client Services team in Bristol.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, working closely with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for revenue growth, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and maintain high levels of organisation while working under pressure.

About the Role

As a Revenue Growth Strategist, your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, collaborating with clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will play a critical role in contributing to the growth and development of our team, driving business results, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies
  • Collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage and oversee key retailer relationships, focusing on revenue growth and forecast accuracy
  • Liaise with suppliers to deliver top-notch campaigns, adhering to strict quality and timing standards
  • Support senior planners in lead insert planning accounts, focusing on schedule, KPIs, and spend management

Requirements

Results-driven individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and a passion for revenue growth; ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and maintain high levels of organisation.

Desirable Skills

Prior experience in revenue growth strategy or a related field; knowledge of industry trends and customer behaviour; ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly; 2+ years of relevant experience or recent graduation in a related field.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
