About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our Westlands Inpatient team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health leadership and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Contribute to the development of the Trust's mental health services.
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in mental health leadership and management.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
