We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at NYKays Recruitment Ltd.
Salary:£25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other Special Educational Needs. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one support to students, working closely with teachers to develop personalized learning plans.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day support to teachers in teaching and learning
- Assisting students with ASD and SEN on a one-to-one basis
- Supporting colleagues in undertaking personal care-related tasks
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 months' experience working as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage confrontation and challenging behavior
- A commitment to working with children with special educational needs
