The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship management, and strategic planning. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, building partnerships, and driving growth.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals struggling with homelessness.

The role involves:

  • Identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Overseeing operational activities to ensure smooth delivery

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development and relationship management
  • Strong understanding of social entrepreneurship and philanthropy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a 9-day fortnight, flexible working hours, and a £250 budget for home office setup.
