Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our Marketing team and help build our digital presence. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of a lead generation plan for our Individual and SME direct customers.
You will look at the performance and growth of our digital platforms, managing content creation and budget controls. This role involves working up to 40% of your week away from home, either at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. You will manage multi-channel and multi-lingual digital paid marketing campaigns to deliver targets for direct individual and SME clients.
Key responsibilities include leading brand awareness activity, delivering digital brand campaigns and optimising the performance of lead generation activity. You will also drive improvements to SEO and PPC performance, working with the web, content and copy teams.
- Hands-on lead generation marketing expertise for B2C is essential.
- Proven track record in running and optimising digital paid media channels, with strong knowledge of SEO and organic channels is essential.
- Experience reporting on marketing funnel performance and proficiency in using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel.
- Comfortable managing digital media agency and sizeable paid media budget.
- Highly organised with strong appreciation for project management principles.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment, delivering work at pace and within compliance guidelines.
