Market Expansion Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market reach.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute business strategies to identify new market opportunities, forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed financial targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field; and
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and execute market strategies.
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ($80,000 - $105,000 per year) with a performance-based bonus structure, comprehensive health insurance, and career development opportunities.
